3rd Episode: Moving into an Assisted Living after accumulating so many sentimental items.
Mr. Richard Parker, a retired successful media man in his 90's, has decided it's time to downsize. He's moving from his very large home in Narragansett. Over the years he's accumulated over 1000 books, tea cup collections, paintings that cover his walls, treasured trinkets from far and near and not to mention a well lived in kitchen full of everything a cook would want. He knows he can't take it all with him. But he hasn't the knowledge of what it's worth today. With the help of senior move manager, Pat Cusson, he's found an auctioneer, an Ebayer, and a book store owner, to help him make this move a smooth and easy one that will also thicken his wallet.
2nd Episode: Moving to a smaller house
Katie Kessler, of Kessler McGuinness and Associates, has moved from a 3000 square foot home to a home of 1087 square feet. She's in the middle of renovations and swears that the key to a successful downsize is Storage Storage Storage! Katie certainly found the silver lining to downsizing.
1st Episode: In-law Suite addition
The first show we taped was in Hanson, Ma where we were introduced to a wonderfully sweet family. They made an in-law suite 10 years ago and the in-laws still love it and wouldn't have things any other way. What a treat to kick start the show with such a fabulous team and loving family. Thanks everyone!
